Captiva Fishing Guide Report: Saturday, January 13: Bonnethead Sharks & Sheepshead, Sanibel Island Fishing, Catch & Release,\u00a0<\/strong>Captiva Island, Captain Joe\u2019s Charters;\u00a0redfish & snook are now catch & release only<\/strong><\/a>; fishing is very, very good right now \u2013 sheepshead, snapper, grouper, big and little snook, redfish and Spanish mackerel; no red tide presence; Caloosahatchee freshwater releases still a huge near-term and long-term problem.<\/p>\n

Extremely frustrating.\u00a0 We need wholesale changes in the Florida state government.\u00a0 It is not a Republican or Democrat issue \u2013 it is a Big Sugar control everyone issue.\u00a0 It is stunning how we continue to let the sugar industry and the agriculture north of Lake Okeechobee to damage the water and all of Florida.<\/p>\n
